After a great quarter final game between the Richfield Spartans and the St. Louis Park Orioles, Spartan runningback Jesse Phenow spoke with me after the game. Phenow was the offensive workhorse, scoring two touchdowns as well as a two point conversion. In addition to runningback he also anchored the defense from the middle linebacker position and is the team's long snapper.
