The rich just seems to be getting richer. Brian Sandifer's Grassroots Sizzle program has a stellar cast of division one talent already. Now they can add 6'7" SG Owen Leach to the cast. The 2023 player is considered the best player in the class. I thought that was high praise and had to watch at least three games for myself.

Well, where to begin...Minnesota Golden Gopher staff should start early with this kid. I first saw Leach a year ago in Iowa while playing for the Minnesota Comets. He was playing up and definitely the best player in the entire program. He was very impressive then...now Leach has added to his stature and his game.

Owen Leach is a very good basketball player. Last weekend he only improved on his stock with outstanding performances. His coach Ariel McDonald who played for the Minnesota Gophers and pro basketball believes Leach is the most important component in helping his 16U program compete and beat top teams across the country this summer.

Last weekend Leach exhibited the skills Coach McDonald coveted as a former pro player. Leach can score on all three levels, can handle the pill, and run the floor and finish well above the rim with great athleticism. Owen is a special talent. HIs recruitment will jump off the charts this summer playing with Grassroots Sizzle.
