The ALS Challenge has spread across the country via social media and continues to raise both awareness and millions for ALS research. ALS has taken cut short the lives of way to many Americans. Charlie Mingus, one of the all time great Jazzmen of all time died at 56 of the disase in 1959.

Last evening after the Hopkins home football opener, Athletic Director, Dan Johnson accepted the challenge from the Hopkins Volley team. Here is video of the action from the big "H" in the middle of the Hopkins field.
