INDIGENOUS AMERICAN SISTERS ELAYNA AND ISABELLE VANNETT BRING THE HEAT!

National Recruiting

Two Rivers girls basketball is currently 6-0 with their eyes on the prize with their new coach Nia Hollie and one of the top senior recruits in the conference Gabrielle Kirchner and her sister Isabelle Kirchner who is a junior. The future forecast for Two Rivers looks even better next year with the addition of Elayna and Isabelle Vannett. The sisters are the type of players coaches will covet as their basketball exposure increases. Trust me...coaches will come!

Elayna Vannett is an exceptional basketball player, who is in the middle of a position transition. Vannett is a pure scorer and natural shooting guard who has taken on the challenge of switching to the most difficult position on the floor...the point guard. The junior guard is a tough-as-nails player with great vision and an elite handle. She can get to the rack at will. With each game, she is evolving into an elite player who will excel at more than one position on the floor. What coaches will love about Vannett is her willingness to sacrifice the best part of her game to make plays for her teammates while leading them to an undefeated record. Don't get me wrong...Vannett is a capable scorer and can knock down the deep ball just as well.

Then there is the younger sister Isabelle (Izzy) Vannett. The freshman guard is already one of the top players in the Two Rivers program. Isabelle is fearless for her age and has an elite basketball IQ. The younger Vannett is a scoring machine and more of a ball guard. A ball guard is a capable point guard who flat-out gets buckets! Both Vannetts are a pleasure to watch especially when they are on the court together for the Two Rivers basketball program. Both have a great feel for the game and are very competitive and crafty. Coaches can't go wrong watching the Two Rivers girls program this year and in the future.
