MN Preps Recruiting Notes

It's September and visits are being planned by some of Minnesota's standouts including Joe Coleman, Jake White, Jayme Moten, and others. Also a 2012 talent became the 8th player from his class to pick up a division one offer so check inside the latest addition of Minnesota Preps Recruiting Notes.
Three star Rivals 150 recruit Joe Coleman has scheduled three visits for the month of September starting with a Big Ten trip next weekend.

"For my first visit I'm going to the U on the 10th (of September) for that weekend," said Coleman this evening. "Then the next weekend I'm visiting Santa Clara. And the weekend after that I am visiting Iowa State."
This off-season Coleman took unofficial visits out to Santa Clara, Colorado State, and Iowa State in addition to the numerous times he's been on Minnesota's campus the last several years.
Chaska power forward Jake White is also getting set for a fall of checking out the country. This afternoon Minnesota Preps heard from the Whites.
"Jake's officials will be to Navy, Wichita State, UTEP, and Colorado State," said White. "He was also offered by Bucknell."
New London-Spicer point guard Jayme Moten has set three official visits for the fall. Minnesota Comets coach Chris Lewis filled us in on the details.
"Moten is visiting Texas Pan American September 18th," said Lewis. "He is also visiting UM-Crookston on September 25th and Bemidji State October 2nd."
Delano big man Mike Yahnke also has some trips scheduled.
"Yahnke has visits set up to Augustana and Texas Pan-American," said coach Jeremy Miller.

Seth Hinrichs will visit Lafayette on September 18th officially. Hinrichs is hearing commonly from Brown, Idaho, Lehigh, Montana, North Dakota, plus Texas Pan American has offered Hinrichs an official visit down to their school. Seth also has numerous NSIC schools hot on his trail.
Minnesota Preps learned from coach Miller tonight that Sanjay Lumpkin was offered this evening by Drake. He also took recent unofficial trips to Butler and Notre Dame. Lumpkin became the 8th player in the Minnesota 2012 class to pick up division one offers.
Lucas Brown of Roseville was recently offered by Wofford giving him four offers at this time. Previously offering was Florida Gulf Coast, South Dakota, and South Dakota State.
At this time Siyani Chambers has been offered by Nebraska, Central Michigan, and Santa Clara, Zach Stahl by Loyola-Chicago, Kyle Bauman by South Dakota State, Zach Huisken by South Dakota and South Dakota State, Isaiah Zierden by Creighton, Johnny Woodard by Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Marcus Marshall has offers from Missouri-Kansas City, Northern Illinois, and Indiana State. Those are the offers Minnesota Preps and Rivals.com are aware of at this time.
