Schilling is down to three schools

Six-foot-5 Ellsworth senior Casey Schilling narrowed his list of schools to three over the summer and is currently between visits of those program. Schilling is coming off a junior season that saw him average 24.1 points per game and helped him attract division one and two interest.
"I had a lot of division two offers and some division one options but I have narrowed it down to Augustana in Sioux Falls, a division two, and Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota, also a division two, and Northwestern in Orange City, Iowa, an NAIA school," said Schilling.

At this point Casey has visited two of the final three schools on his list this fall.
"On September 3rd I went to Northwestern College," Casey stated. "On September 10th I went to Augustana, and on October 15th I will be going to Southwest Minnesota State. I hope to make my decision before Christmas."
Expect to see Ellsworth on top of the Class A polls once again this season as they have a load of experience returning to their line-up.
"We return our top nine players so we should be pretty strong and hopefully get back to state," Schilling said.
Along with Schilling will be senior guard Dalton Huisman who averaged 18.6 points per game last season and point guard Nick Nolte who produced 11.5 points per game as a junior.
All three players were named All-Red Rock conference last year.
